DELIVERY
We aim to process all orders placed before 4 p.m. on the same day. We do our best to dispatch your order within 1-2 days of confirming your order.
Your order will be delivered to you via PostNL and the delivery time of your order depends on the delivery days and/or delivery times used by PostNL. We always choose the most economical and reliable solution for shipping your order. We use neutral boxes for larger orders. This means you will always receive a track & trace code by email.
The big advantage is that you can be sure that we have sent your parcel and that you can track it (for the most part). Please note that PostNL delivers letterbox mail (and therefore letterbox parcels) within the Netherlands from Tuesday to Saturday. PostNL usually delivers these parcels within 48 hours of dispatch. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will therefore not be shipped until the following Monday. Orders that cannot be sent in a letterbox box are shipped as standard as a parcel with a track & trace code. You can assume that your parcel will often arrive within 2 working days and that you can track it via PostNL or the email messages sent to you.
If you do not want to receive your order at home, it is also possible to have the order delivered to a different delivery address. You can easily specify the desired delivery address when placing your order. In addition to this option, you can also choose to collect your order from PostNL locations.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands: €4.95 and free shipping for orders over €50.
Shipping costs to Belgium and Germany (DHL): €4.95 and free shipping for orders over €100.
